The Get Involved Intelligence

Get Involved in order to achieve its goals -economic literacy, interdisciplinarity and educating university students- has developed a set of initiatives focused on presenting in a simple and comprehensive way the most important facts and data in many sectors. Get Involved Intelligence is the common space in presenting the following three initiatives that aim to offer all the available information. Get Involved invites you to follow the Get Involved Intelligence project and to register in the newsletter so as to not miss out on updates concerning all three projects.

Summarizing the three initiatives:

Synopsis of the Economic Bulleting

The Economic Bulletin of the European Central Bank [ECB] is one of the most important sources of communication of the ECB, as it presents the economic information and data taken into account by the Governing Council of the ECB in its decision-making processes, both within and outside the Euro Area. The Governing Council, every six (6) weeks and eight (8) times in total annually, announces its decisions on its Monetary Policy.

The team of Get Involved decided to prepare and publish a synopsis of the Economic Bulletin. The structure used in the synopsis is the same as the original report. The resulting synopsis is solely based on the data of the European Central Bank and no personal views, either of the authors or of the team of Get Involved, are expressed at any point.

ESG reporting

Issues on sustainability, Sustainable Development Goals, corporate governance and ESG are growingly becoming more important in everyday life. Moreover, the available data and information channels in this field are still lacking. After conducting similar research, the Get Involved team (Sustainability Literacy and Perspectives) realized the need for the development of an ESG report focusing on the most important developments in Greece and abroad. In this context and with the valuable assistance of Velos Advisory (to view Velos Advisory website press here), a boutique consultancy focused on delivering strategic transformative solutions and issues of corporate governance based in London, we developed the ESG Insights initiative, which will be published monthly, offering qualitative and comprehensive information on ESG issues.

Infographics Project

This initiative aspires to present concisely the most prominent economic developments appropriately designed for social media and to achieve a broad understanding of complex economic issues. This is accomplished by promoting noteworthy research and data on the Economy of the European Union and of the Aurea Area, and the placement of Greece in these. With the Infographics Projects, the contemporary economic reality emerges with the help of data from reliable sources illustrated with graphs. The Infographics Projects consists of individual Projects that are separated into topics which are published on a weekly basis in Get Involved social media, and each project comprises 3 to 6 issues. Finally, upon completion of the publication of the issues of a Project, a study with the findings of the research is published. The resulting study is solely based on the used data and no personal views, either of the authors or of the team of Get Involved, are expressed at any point.
